A full day safari package comprising of cruise on the Chobe river and a game drive in the world famous Chobe national park. A day trip to Chobe National Park is an exhilarating journey into the heart of Botswana’s wildlife wonderland – Chobe National Park is well known for its large herds of elephant that frequent the Chobe River daily. In the dry season, an estimate of up to 85,000 elephants are dispersed within the Chobe National Park, where the majority of them can be found along the river.
Apart from the herds of elephants, Chobe has a lot more to offer, the park has lion, leopard and many other renowned wildlife. Only an hour’s drive from Victoria Falls to the Chobe national park in Botswana is the home to one of the largest game concentrations in Africa.
The Park has lion, leopard, buffalo and a whole host of antelope like sable, puku, kudu, eland, roan and many others which you can get to see. The river is filled with big pods of hippos and some of the biggest crocodiles in Africa. The tour starts daily with a 70km road transfer from Victoria falls to Botswana boarder where guests are welcomed by Botswana guide after immigration procedure.
